The Winter Board Meeting of the Democratic Woman's Club of Kentucky
will be held at Country Hearth Inn and Suites,
Elizabethtown, Kentucky on February 5, 2010.
Room rate is $70.00 plus tax for a single or double. For reservations please
call (270) 769-2344 and ask for the Democratic Woman’s Club block of rooms
rooms.
The breakfast buffet is $15.00 per person. Registration to help defray the
cost of the meeting room for those not eating breakfast will be $5.00.

Please make your checks payable to DWC of Kentucky and include the name(s) of those who will attend. You can also register on the website, www.kydemocratwomen.com. No refunds will be issued after January 22, 2010.
The Executive Board will meet in the President's suite at the hotel on February 5, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Committee chairs are encouraged and welcome to attend. Breakfast will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 6, 2010.
A hospitality suite is being hosted by the Hardin County and Northern Hardin Democratic Women in the hotel from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
All club members and guests are welcome along with any candidates, potential candidates and elected officials.
2010 Handbooks and inserts will be available at this meeting.
